Return/Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.  We make every effort to provide you multiple images and a detailed description of what you are purchasing.  Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions about the product: (or use the Contact form)



We do not offer refunds.

only allow exchanges for 15-days after receipt of your package. Exchanges are only allowed for the following and with photos for proof:

  • The package was shipped to you directly from our Warehouse (located at 7814 Manassas Lane, Garden City, ID 83714)

  • You received the wrong nail wrap design.  You will be shipped the correct wrap and be allowed to keep the one sent in error.
